Currently available in Canada. Recently, I received an assortment of these energy and protein bars which are 100% natural and pretty tasty. I never heard of them before so I was a bit sceptical about them. To be honest, they resemble a Clif bar and the nutritional stats are pretty close to them as well.

Chocolate Coffee: Chocolate and coffee are probably the two favorite items of everyone. Kronobar managed to mix the two together for a great tasting protein bar. Chewy and moist with an amazing flavor. This reminded me of a Clif bar a lot, just wish Clif had a chocolate and coffee protein bar. For 230 calories, 3 grams of fat, 25 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein, this beats out Clif.

Apricot-Cranberry: Fruit and chocolate? A guilt-free indulgence that made with all natural ingredients, tastes great and made with organic and fair-traded cocoa. 170 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 30 grams of carb, 3 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. Sugar count is 20 grams due to dates, dried cranberries and dried apples. This makes a great pre-workout snack.

Coconut and Cherry: Real pieces of coconut dusted this bar. This hands down was my favorite bar. It had real cherry pieces and a real chocolate taste. I was impressed with the flavor as well as the chewy moist texture. Each bar has 190 calories, 7 grams of fat, 28 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fiber and 2 grams of protein. The sugar count is a bit high but that’s because it’s made with dates, and cherries.

Choco-Banana: Chocolate and Bananas seem to go hand in hand. This bar mixes the two flavors wonderfully. The nutritional stats were amazing considering a Clif bar contains 230-250 calories. This Kronobar clocks in at 190 calories, 3 grams of fat, 23 grams of carb, 3 grams of fiber, and 10 grams of protein. Like all Kronobars, the Choco-Banana was moist, tasty and just so darn good. If they were available in the US, I’d most likely buy them.
