Move over prepackaged mixes of propel, there’s an all natural hydration in the market: Nuun.
I received three different flavor tablets to try. It’s less messier than propel or crystal light packages, Nuun is portable, and is used strictly for hydration. Each flavor is light on taste and best served with cold water. The nutritional facts amazed me, in a good way!
The following is the nutritional information for a serving of Nuun based on one tablet dissolved in 16oz (500ml) of water. There are under 8 calories per Nuun tab. Check it out:
Active Ingredients level (mg)

Other ingredients: citric acid, sorbitol, sodium carbonate, natural colors flavors, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, polyethylene glycol, magnesium sulfate, sodium benzoate, calcium carbonate, acesulfame potassium, riboflavin-5-phosphate.
Banana: Light on flavor and unique. I would have never guessed a banana flavored hydration tablet would taste so refreshing. I loved it!
Tri-Berry: Flavorful and delicious. A great way to re-hydrate after a long workout or run.
Lemon-Lime: The combination of the two flavors was great. When drinking this, it reminded me of propel but personally, I liked the Nuun better.
