It’s so darn hot today! The temp. read 90 degrees on the way out of school and I couldn’t agree more. On days like this, you have to stay hydrated and stay inside if it gets too hot. For lunch I had 1 kashi 7 grain bar and a lean pocket garlic chicken. I never had it before but it filled me up. Then in gym, I ran 2.6miles in 23mins and burned 210cal. Pm snack was a dannon light and fit and a cup of kashi. (220cal) I’m getting realy for my appt. today and I’ll let everyone know how it goes.
