So my body is getting back on tack even though my tummy is still screwed up. I feel much better. =) Plus I’m down 2.1 lbs which is even better. I just got back from a very sweaaty 8.12 mile run with a possible 2 miles in gym. Breakfast was an arnold’s whole wheat sandwhich thin, 2 reduced fat string cheeses and a kind bar plus some coffee w/ skim milk in a bit.

I have to get my pysch project all together by friday so that’s where my focus is gonna be. lol More latter.
