First off, happy mothers day to all the mothers out there. Today I cut down on my exercise, only 90 mins of running today plus 40 min of my “AM” work out then 30 mins of abs. For breakfast I had a morning star original, kashi tlc flax bar and the last honey wheat bagel. yummm! After my run I had tea with 6oz of skim. My am/lunch was a grande coffee from Starbucks and the spinach, feta egg white wrap which has 280 calories, 8 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein plus I had 9 almonds. For my after noon snack I had a Venti nonfat latte from Starbucks (Finally got it!) with protein powder. Dinner I had a cup of carrots, 4oz of tilapia, about 4 cp spinach and a no sugar added tapioca pudding. I’m not a fan of tapioca but I will willing to try it and OMG it was so creamy and surprisingly good! =) Plus it has 4 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. Oh and my mom loved her gift! We got her a matching David Yurman ring to go with her 2 bracelets and 2 necklaces. It’s been her favorite designer for the last few years!
