So I just finished up an 84 min run and I feel great! Still not 100% on the number of miles, but I’ll have that number soon. For breakfast I had a honey wheat western bagel, a pria bar and 2 eggs. I don’t really fear the yokes as much anymore, they actually have fat that will keep you full longer and realy won’t affect your blood cholesterol number. After my run I has a tea with skim milk. Around 10:30 is Zumba and then home to shower and pick out a gift for Mother’s day for my mom. Have the slightest idea what to get her. I’m also hoping to get a latter from Starbucks today! = ) Oh and my dad had one the thevery blueberry bagels and to his surprise, he really liked them. Said they were very fresh and much better than dunkin donuts. Well duh! Plus they are super healthier than any of that junk!
