So today I ran 8 laps which is about 9 miles. Then I played wii and burned like 300 calories. Not even sure if that’s acurate or not. lol For breakfast I had 2 eggs, an arnold’s whole wheat sandwich thin, quarter cup of fiber one and a light and fit yogurt. After my run, I had coffee with skim milk. = ) For lunch I had 4 oz of 98% fat free turkey breast, an apple, more coffee with 3 oz of skim milk and a thomas’s light multi-grain muffin. Snack was more coffee with skim milk and a Luna Bar Cookie Dough Protein Bar. Dinner was a whole can of chunk light tuna, carrots, 4 cups of salad and a sweet potato with cinnamon.
Rutgers day ydt was alot of fun. It turned out to be a really nice day. I did run for 84 minutes and then did a noon Zumba class. I also rode a segway, rock climbed and walked alot! Then I went to mass and came home for dinner. All and all I was exusted!! Couldn’t believe I was someone producive today. I went out for a bit and NOw I’m studying for a calc quiz! Wish me luck! lol
